How to propose an article or a report

This publication will only be approved if the Director deems the suggested article consistent with the Review’s editorial line, and if its content is not too similar to any previously submitted work. The publication does not deprive the author of any of his/her authorship rights (since no financial compensation is awarded), which leaves the author free to publish the same article in any other journal. Should the author do so, he/she is however asked to mention in the subsequent publication that the article was published first in the Regulatory Law Review (along with a reference to its website: regulatorylawreview.com). Should the author submit to the Director his/her work in French, yet cannot provide it in English once the article is approved for publication, the Review will take care of its translation, free of charge –the work of translation itself not being referenced as an independent work in the Review.
