Raport bibliograficzny (Szara literatura) : “British Postal Services Commission” (Postcomm – brytyjska komisja serwisów pocztowych) opublikowała w dniu 27 maja 2010 roku program regulacji dla zrównoważonego serwisu pocztowego.
Opublikowanie przez “British Postal Services Commission” (Postcomm – brytyjska komisja serwisów pocztowych) nowej ramy regulacji w dniu 27 maja 2010 roku, pozwoliło komisji przedstawić w detalch jej zamiary dotyczace regulacji sektoru pocztowego w kolejnych latach po roku 2012. Całość tej nowo opublikowanej regulacji zmierza do adaptacji regulacji pocztowej, w celu umożliwienia Royal Mail-owi (Poczta brytyjska) spełnienia obowiązków dotyczących uniwersalnego serwisu, i jednocześnie realizacji dochodów w sytuacji drastycznego spadku ilości listów i zwiększonej konkurencji.

A través de la publicación del nuevo marco regulatorio de Postomm, la “British Postal Services Commission” (la Comisión británica de servicios postales) del 27 de mayo del 2010, Postcomm define sus planes para regular el sector postal del 2012 en adelante. Este marco tiene como objetivo adaptar la regulación postal para permitir que Royal Mail cumpla de manera rentable las Obligaciones del Servicio Universal, el cual se enfrenta a deterioro drástico del volumen de correo al igual que un gran incremento en la competencia.

The European Commission, sensing potential anticompetitive behaviour in the pharmaceutical sector, conducted an inquiry into this sector, and adopted its final report on the matter on July 8th 2009. The Commission’s suspicion was that anticompetitive behaviours could be slowing down the entry of generic drugs into national markets, whereas the burden of drug spending on public finances and public health policy make rapid generic entry an important issue. The Commission concluded that delays are due in part to pharmaceutical companies’ behaviour, especially as concerns the use they make of their intellectual property rights.
However, on the other hand, one may also sustain that the strategic use of an acquired legal right is no less than legitimate, and that public health policy is a matter for national regulation. Indeed, it is for Member States, rather than European competition law, to determine the level of healthcare coverage that their society is financially willing to bear.

Online gambling is becoming a worldwide phenomenon. Whether it be card games, lotteries, or betting on sports games and races, more and more customers flock towards websites that operate games of chance online, often without any sort of government control or supervision. Customers are attracted to the facility and privacy of these services, and especially the higher rate of return on their outlay than provided in physical casinos or betting services. However, physical gambling and betting are amongst the most universally regulated sectors: cultural and public policy differences play a very significant role in explaining the differences in regulation found in this sector.

Czy chodzi o gry w karty, loterie lub o stawienie pieniędzy na zakłady sportowe lub wyścigi hippiczne, coraz więcej konsumentów przybywa na strony internetowe firm, które oferują gry hazardowe, często bez jakiejkolwiek formy nadzoru czy kontroli państwowej. Klientów przyciąga łatwość i poufność usług, a szczególnie wyższa stawka procentowa niż ta proponowana w klasycznym kasynie lub firmach przyjmujących zakłady na gry hazardowe. Pomimo, że gry na pieniądze należą do sektorów ekonomicznych najbardziej uregulowanych, odmiennosci kulturowe, jak również różnice w polityce porządku publicznego, odgrywają ważną rolę w wyjaśnianiu różnic związanych z regulacją tego sektoru gospodarki.

La facilidad y privacidad que ofrecen estos servicios atraen a muchos consumidores, especialmente considerando la gran tasa de rendimiento que reciben aquí en comparación con los casinos físicos o los servicios de apuestas. No obstante, los juegos físicos y las apuestas se encuentran entre los sectores con la mayor cantidad de regulación a nivel mundial: diferencias de culturas y políticas públicas juegan un papel muy importante para explicar las diferencias entre la regulación existente en este sector.
