The book presents the Distribution Law not only in French law, but under German law.

It emphasizes the central role of the notion of "network" in both economic and legal sense.

It shows that the legal system has sometimes difficulties to draw conclusions from the fact that the distributor is an intermediate between the supplier and the consumer. This results in the joint can be difficult between contract law, the competition law and labor law in particular.

Thus, in an original plan, the author distinguishes primarily grouped distributors and grouped buyers grouped , before considering in a full second part intermediate distributors.
