The French Rail Regulator issues its first annual report.

The Autorité de Régulation des Activités Ferroviaires (ARAF) 

(French Rail Regulator) has
just published its annual report for 2010-2011.

This first activity report si submitted by a very young regulator to an old sector.

It begins with the mission and operation of the regulator, then to expose the shape of the gouvernance of the rail system, before focusing on these points that are more particular network access, the pricing of minimum benefit and service infrastructures .
