The thesis is about the contribution of the Court of First Instance of the European Community in Competition Law.

The thesis is to show that the European Court of First Instance protects businesses, particularly through the procedural rules and control that the Tribunal does of the Commission.
Then the thesis shows the substantial contribution of the Tribunal to competition law. About the antitrust law, it innovates through the notion of "global agreement". About the law of dominant positions , it is innovative both in assessing the scope of the rule that the assessment of abuse.
