Valentina Miscia is Ph.D. candidate in International Law and Economics at Bocconi University in Milan (2014) and LL.M. candidate at the London School of Economics and Political Science (2012).
She holds a LLB and MSc in Law from Bocconi University, and a Joint Certificate in International and Business Law from Bocconi University, ESADE (Barcelona), Freie Universität (Berlin) and Paris XII (Paris).
In the past she interned for the Italian Legal and Compliance Office of Goldman Sachs International. More recently she has practiced as a trainee lawyer at the Milan Bar, and has been awarded the “Donato Menichella” scholarship of the Bank of Italy.
She publishes articles in the field of public law and economic regulation.
