Tatjana Jovanic earned her JD in law, MA and PhD degrees in legal and economic sciences from University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Law where she teaches Economic Law. She also holds an LLM from the Institute for Law and Finance of the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main.

She has been a visiting scholar or researcher at several academic institutions, such as the University of Pennsylvania (Penn Program on Regulation), Kings’ College London, University of Nice etc.

She has presented papers at many conferences, written two monographs, the course book on Economic Law, and published around 40 articles in local and international journals and edited volumes, most of them related to legal aspects of market regulation.
