The parliamentary report, together with annexs is essentially critical of independent administrative authorities.
In designing a stewardship, the report estimates that the multiplicity of authorities, which is the fruit risky in recent history, is an undue cost to the State. At a time when it is necessary to save money, we must either remove, or regroup.
On a more substantial way, the report also estimates that the phenomenon of digital convergence is a substantial justification for grouping the various authorities that were previously separate and which must now be consolidated into a single authority in charge of both the content and the container around the concepts and information and data. This ties the primary concern to preserve the taxpayers’ money.
This report has been criticized as he did not understand anything in what the regulators are, their independence and their modes of operation.
