He works as lawyer specialized in administrative law in Milan, and serves as Of counsel at Castaldi, Mourre & Partners.

He is an advisor of important public and private institutions (Council of Europe, Italian Government, local authorities, port authorities, Confederation of Italian industry) and he is member of the Authority for local public services of the city of Genoa.
