Thematic Report (Telecommunications): The Comptroller and Auditor General of India reveals gross irregularities in the attribution process of mobile telephone licences and allocation of mobile telephone frequencies.

On November 16, 2010, the Comptroller and Auditor General of India made public a 96-page report (n° 19 of November 2010) in which it revealed gross irregularities suggesting favoritism in procedures for licensing mobile telephone operators and attributing frequencies from the mobile telephone spectrum over a period stretching from April 2003 to October 2009, on behalf of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Following the revelation of this report, the Minister for Telecommunications, Andimuthu Raja, resigned from his post on the suggestion of the Prime Minister of India.

Le 16 novembre 2010, le Comptroller and Auditor General of India (La Cour des Comptes indienne), a rendu public un rapport de 96 pages (rapport n°19 de novembre 2010), dans lequel il a exposé des irrégularités importantes laissant soupçonner des pratiques de favoritisme de la part du Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (Ministère des Communications et de l'Informatique), dans les procédures d'agrément des opérateurs de téléphonie mobile et d'attribution des fréquences mobiles, sur une période d'avril 2003 à octobre 2009. Suite à la publication de ce rapport, le Ministre des Télécommunications, Mr. Andimuthu Raja, a démissionné de son poste, suite à une suggestion du Premier ministre indien.

Am 16. November 2010 hat der Comptroller and Auditor General of India (der Rechnungshof Indien) einem 96 Seiten langem Bericht veröffentlicht (Bericht Nr. 19 von November 2010), in dem er wesentlichen Regelwidrigkeiten aufdeckt, die zum Verdacht führen können, dass der Zuteilungprozess von Mobiltelefon- Lizenzen und Frequenzen zwischen April 2003 und Oktober 2009 günstligwirtschaftlich vom Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (Minister für Kommunikation und Informationstechnik) behandelt wurde. Nach dieser Veröffentlichung hat der Ministerpräsident Indien dem Telekomminister Herrn Andimuthu Raja dem Rücktritt suggeriert, was der Minister angenommen hat.

Il 16 novembre 2010, il controllore e revisore generale dell'India ha reso pubblico un rapporto di 96 pagine (n° 19 di novembre 2010) in cui rivela delle importanti irregolarità nelle procedure di attribuzione delle licenze e delle frequenze di telefonia mobile in un periodo compreso tra aprile 2003 e ottobre 2009, commesse per conto del Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (Ministero delle Comunicazioni e della Teconologia). A seguito delle rivelazioni di questo rapporto, il Ministro delle Telecomunicazioni,Andimuthu Raja, si é dimesso su indicazione del Primo Ministro indiano.

Informe temático (Telecomunicaciones): El Interventor y Auditor General de la India revela grandes irregularidades en el proceso de atribución de licencias para teléfonos móviles y la atribución de frecuencias de teléfonos móviles. 

El 16 de noviembre del 2010, el Interventor y Auditor General de la India rindió al público un informe de 96 páginas (n° 19 de noviembre del 2010) en la que se revelan grandes irregularidades sugiriendo un favoritismo en los procesos para licencias de operadoras de teléfonos móviles y atribuyendo frecuencias del espectro de teléfonos móviles durante el periodo de abril 2003 a octubre 2009, de parte del Ministerio de Comunicaciones y Tecnología de Información. Siguiendo esta revelación, el Ministro de Telecomunicaciones, Andimuthu Raja, resignó de su puesto dada la sugerencia del Primer Ministro de la India.
