The national media regulator published a decision on September 6, 2011 ordering that it be taken off the air and “requested” that the media refrain from broadcasting advertisements dangerous for human health and dignity.

The China Banking Regulatory Commission (CRBC) had set a deadline of the end of May 2012 a completion of self-assessment by five Chinese banks of State for bad debt.

A Chinese economic newspaper revealed, by an anonymous source, that the Chinese banking regulator, ordered end of 2011, five first Chinese financial institutions to proceed in the determination and the quality of loans granted, so they rank their bad debt. The control by the regulator through the self-assessment will be made from end of May 2012.

The information comes both of the different authorities of national regulation of drugs and pharmaceutical companies who spontaneously reported these side effects.

Release work : RODRIGUE, Léa, Les aspects juridiques de la régulation européenne des réseaux (English translation : Legal aspects of European regulation networks)

In its thesis, the author shows the legal side of the opening to competition in the telecommunications, postal services and energy sectors. The analysis is conducted at European level and not at national States level. The author not only highlights the decisive role of the European Commission, which obtained the consent of the national bodies through co-regulation, but the book highlights a distinct European institutional dynamics. This takes the form of European sectoral agencies, which could become in the future regulators. Strengthening European can in the future, according to the author, take the form either of a even stronger involvement of the European Commission, or a consecration of these European sectoral agencies emerging.
