Fleur Herrenschmidt is Counsel in the EU Competition department at Allen & Overy Paris. She has a post graduate degree in European Law (College of Europe) and in European Legal Studies (University of Paris X) and an LL.M. from the London School of Economics.

Fleur has experience in the fields of antitrust law, distribution, restrictive practices and competition investigations. She represents her clients before the competition authorities and the national regulatory autorities (ARCEP and CSA) and French jurisdictions. She has particular expertise in the pharmaceutical and telecommunications sectors and, more generally in regulated sectors.

Fleur regularly published articles in Revue Concurrences, e-Competitions and Revue Lamy.
